What’s on – PY Encourage
PY Encourage Sydney gathers leaders from around Sydney, and in hubs around NSW for networking and training that you wouldn’t normally receive at your local church.

PYNSW are inviting youth group leaders (whether it’s just you or a whole team) to join together for a day of connecting, sharing & learning. So if you lead a team, or lead a church which has youth leaders, please pass this invitation on.
PYNSW wants to equip churches to disciple all youth for Christ, whether your church has a huge youth group, a tiny youth group, or no group at all.
Come to “PY Encourage Sydney” and meet other youth leaders, learn some practical skills for youth ministry, and go back to your youth group knowing some of the people around you a little better.
What’s scheduled for the Day?

10:30am Opening session including bible talk from Cam Clausing

- Giving a better talk
- How to help youth with mental health concerns
- Panel: Multicultural youth groups
12:50pm Lunch
1:50pm Training 2
- Giving a talk and giving feedback
- How to help youth with neurodivergence: what might a youth program that includes everyone look like?
- How to help youth struggling with pornography
3:10pm Afternoon Tea
3:35pm Small groups
4:15pm Final session
4.30pm Finish / pack up
We would recommend leaving the evening free of other plans, so you can go for dinner with people you’ve met on the day (or people you already know).
